Tips to hold your optimal weight

1. Drink a lot. Keep always a bottle of tea or water at your school, working place..
    the more you drink, the less you feel big hunger so soon.

2. Don't eat in the night. At 6 pm - eat a light supper, and after 8pm don't eat
    anymore, because you metabolism works slower in the night, and this means
    fat find a nice place in your belly :o) and it stays there..neither you work it
   away the next day with fitness sport.

3. Make a Fruit Day, perfect when you're helpless..
    You have a date the next day ??! Oh, then eat only fruits today and drink a lot of water.
    Tomorrow you'll have 2 pounds less weight , than today !!
    Remind eating different fruits, apples, peaches, strawberries...whatever.

4. Jodized Salts fires up your metabolism. But while boiling it dissapears..
    uhm, on what meal you use salt when it's already on the table ???
   Eggs, perhaps..

5. Forget your daily Egg and Bacon !!! Eat it at least 2 times a weak.

6. Drink more water, tea and fresh fruit juices..and forget Pepsi, Coka Cola,
    Fanta...they  have ca. 800 grains of sugar in each 1 litre bottle !!

7. Begin your day with 10 sit-ups !! That's very good !!

8. Eat slowly...take much time to eat your big meals...

9. Take a seat..all of us use to go to Fastfood restaurants like McDon,
    offer whatever you want but take a seat, and your body utilized the food
    much better.

10. Eat the half..well..it helps for one week, but truely you can't easily eat the
      half of everything each day..you get hungry again :o)

11. Instead of a bar of chocolate, take 3 pieces..that's ok !
